We stayed flexible during the pandemic lockdown and offered a fun mix of entertaining and educational activities for the community. Some of our offerings are listed below. Even though we have now transitioned back to in-person activities, we understand that virtual activities have a place in our future and can offer worthwhile opportunities going forward. Free online sessions teaching budding playwrights the ins and outs about how to write a play.

 

TAFE Shines a Light on YOUR Talents

Virtual talent show showcasing our members’ special talents- singing, acting, storytelling, playing an instrument, dancing, magic, poetry, stand up comedy, visual art, pet tricks or anything else!

 

Theatre Time with Triona

Virtual discussion group for members to get together and share their thoughts on various theater topics. Every other week there was one lead question to get us started and we will go from there.

 

Step Back in Time Tea

Join Lady Rochester, Sir Willem and Master Young hosted several virtual evenings of trivia, games, and other shenanigans. Renaissance clothing or a costume were requested but not required!

 

Trivia Night

Teams got together for a night of competitive theatre trivia questions. What is the longest running play in the world? Who was the original witch in Into The Woods? Trivia topics include plays, Broadway, famous people, and songs/showtunes.
